Welcome to Hand in Plan Travel. By using this website, submitting a Trip Planning Fee, or booking travel services through Hand in Plan Travel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the responsibilities, limitations, and expectations for both the traveler (“Client”) and Hand in Plan Travel (“Planner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Role of Hand in Plan Travel
Hand in Plan Travel operates as an independent travel planner. We do not own, operate, or control any hotels, cruise lines, airlines, transportation companies, tour operators, or travel suppliers.
We act as an intermediary between you and the travel suppliers you choose. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those suppliers.

2. Trip Planning Fee
A $25-$50 Trip Planning Fee may be required to begin any custom itinerary.
Fee Terms
• The fee is collected upfront.
• It is applied to your booking before your final payment date.
• Bookings must be completed within 10 calendar days of paying the fee.
• If the booking is not completed within 10 calender days, the fee becomes non refundable and non transferrable.
• If you cancel your trip for any reason, the fee remains non refundable and non transferrable.
Payment of the Trip Planning Fee signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Availability
All quotes are:
• Based on availability at the time they are provided
• Subject to change without notice
• Not guaranteed until a deposit is made
Suppliers may change pricing, availability, promotions, or policies at any time. Hand in Plan Travel is not responsible for supplier initiated changes.

4. Deposits & Payments
• Deposits are required to secure reservations.
• Payment schedules are determined by the supplier.
• Final payments must be made by the supplier’s deadline.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation and supplier penalties.
Hand in Plan Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to missed payments.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Supplier Policies
Client Initiated Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your trip:
• Supplier cancellation penalties may apply.
• Refunds are issued only by the supplier, not by Hand in Plan Travel.
• The Trip Planning Fee is non refundable.

Supplier Initiated Changes
If a supplier changes or cancels part of your trip:
• We will assist you in navigating the options they provide.
• Refunds, credits, or rebooking options are determined solely by the supplier.
Hand in Plan Travel is not responsible for supplier decisions.

6. Required Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:
• A valid passport
• Required visas
• Government issued ID
• Cruise specific documentation
• Any additional entry requirements
Hand in Plan Travel provides guidance but is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate personal and traveler information
• Review all documents upon receipt
• Make payments on time
• Communicate changes promptly
• Follow supplier rules and travel requirements
• Understand that travel involves inherent risks
Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional fees or cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability
Hand in Plan Travel is not responsible for:
• Acts of nature
• Supplier failures or changes
• Airline delays or cancellations
• Accidents, injuries, or illnesses
• Lost or damaged luggage
• Government actions or travel restrictions
• Weather conditions
• Pandemic related disruptions
By booking travel, you acknowledge that travel involves risks and agree to hold Hand in Plan Travel harmless from liability.
