-What’s included in my Virgin Voyages fare?  Dining at 20+ eateries, essential drinks, Wi‑Fi, fitness classes, entertainment.

-How does dining work on Virgin Voyages? Sailors can book dining times in the app, enjoy flexible seating, and choose from a wide range of cuisines without extra charges for specialty dining.

-Do I need to make dining reservations? Yes. Dining reservations open based on your fare tier Base-15 days prior, Essential-45 days, Premium-60 days prior to sailing. I will provide instructions on how to book.

-Does Virgin Voyages have an app? Yes. The Virgin Voyages App manages check‑in, dining, activities, and your daily schedule onboard. Virgin Voyages App

Can I bring alcohol onboard? Yes, two 750ml bottles of wine or champagne PER cabin in your carry-on bag.

What travel documents do I need? Most voyages require a valid passport with at least 6mths of validity beyond your return date. For US citizens sailing on eligible closed-loop voyages from Miami, LA, Seattle or NY, you may still sail without a passport. You must present one of the following:

Valid US Passport

State issued birth certificate and government photo ID

How do I check in? Check‑in is completed through the Virgin Voyages App.

What entertainment is offered onboard? Immersive shows, nightlife, themed parties, bingo live music, comedy, and unique experiences like Scarlet Night and the Pajama party.

Can I book flights through Hand In Plan Travel? No, we do not book flights but can assist with the suggestions and travel plans.
